BAKERS

C&J is looking for real bakers to be a part of a commercial shooting in the Charlotte or Winston Salem Area.

This is a paid opportunity, if cast.

DEADLINE FOR UPLOADING AUDITIONS IS SUNDAY, 6/1 at 9 pm.

ROLE:

[BAKER] Female, 30s-40s, African American but open to other diverse ethnicities. Affable, nurturing presence and natural, effortless feel when baking and interacting with children. We are open to solo moms but also welcome mom's to audition with their kids if they are in the 7-10 year old range.

LOCATION:

  • TBD (Charlotte or Winston Salem)

CALLBACK DATE:

  • Callback: June 5, 2025

FITTING & SHOOT DATE:

  • Wardrobe: June 11 (if needed)

  • Shoot Date: June 12 and/or June 13, 2025

RATE OF PAY:

  • Session Fee: $500/10

  • Usage Fee: $700

  • Fitting Fee (if needed): $50/hr

  • Travel: $150 gas stipend for talent more than 60 miles away. Plus hotel as needed.

TAPING INSTRUCTIONS:

VIDEO 1: We just want to see you at your baking best and enjoying what you do. Mixing, kneading, rolling something out or pouring it into a pan. Show off those baking skills. Then we'd like to see the finished product. If you have a child auditioning with you, we just want to see the shared experience.

VIDEO 2: Please include a close-up video where you introduce yourself, tell us where you live and then tell us what you love about baking.
