STRING MUSICIANS

C&J is looking for orchestral string musicians to be SAG background for a commercial shooting in the Charlotte Area.

This is a paid opportunity, if cast.

Please pay close attention to taping instructions for each role. Please upload videos accordingly. As always, you can direct any questions about this project to us via email!

ROLe:

[STRING MUSICIANS] Any gender; 20 to 60 years old; all ethnicities. We are looking for real orchestral musicians.

PRODUCTION DATES + LOCATIONS:

  • Shoot Date: August 12, 2026

  • Shoot Location: Charlotte, NC - Local Hire

RATe of pay:

  • SAG Background Rate - approx. $460

TAPING INSTRUCTIONS:

PART 1/SLATE :

In close-up, tell us your name, height, location and confirm you can work local to Charlotte. Please tell us which instrument you play, do you own that instrument and let us know how long you have been playing. Then finish by widening out to a full body shot.

PART 2:

Please upload a video of you playing your orchestral instrument (15 sec)
