Hispanic Couple

C&J is looking for a hispanic couple for an upcoming commercial shooting in the Charlotte Area.

THIS IS A PAID OPPORTUNITY, IF CAST.

Please pay close attention to the shoot dates, as well as taping instructions, which can be downloaded below.

DEADLINE FOR AUDITION TAPE SUBMISSIONS:

  • Wednesday, August 27 by 3pm (any early submissions appreciated)

ROLES:

  • [NEIGHBOR] Female, 55-70, Hispanic. Sweet and relatable look. Dog lover, treats her dog like her child. MUST BE OKAY HOLDING A SMALL DOG. Open to solo auditions as well as real couples.

  • [NEIGHBOR'S COMPANION] Male, 55-70, Hispanic. Relatable and easy-going look. Is just happy to be there. Always smiling. Open to solo auditions as well as real couples.

RATE OF PAY:

  • Session Fee: This is a union project, so it will be union scale which is approx. $780 (+ potential residuals)

LOCATION:

  • Charlotte, NC or Surrounding Area

CALLBACK DATE:

  • Callback: September 2, 2025 (via zoom)

FITTING & SHOOT DATE:

  • Wardrobe: Sept 8

  • Shoot Date: Sept 9

TAPING INSTRCUTIONS :

Please complete and submit the following videos

SLATE/VIDEO 1: If you are auditioning with someone else please have them slate with you. Please start in a close up, saying your name (s), height(s) and wear you live. Then please answer the following questions: Do you have any pet allergies? What do you love about Christmas? Then please widen out video for a full body shot.

VIDEO 2/TAKE 1 - NON SPEAKING : Please improv this scene: You are both standing outside the door of your neighbor’s house, the wife is holding the dog in a Christmas sweater. The neighbor opens the door and says “I see you brought a +1 and a + dog, please come in” you smile at her and walk past the camera as if you are walking into the home.

VIDEO 3/TAKE 2 - SPEAKING: For this take you can have light dialog but keep it short and simple.
